What a bulk order includes

  • Custom personalisation. Add a name, message, logo or co-branded artwork — hand-painted onto each piece.
  • Typical minimum order. Around 50 pieces to open a custom project. Talk to us if you are close.
  • Lead time. Usually 3–4 weeks from approval, because everything is handmade and hand-painted to order.
  • Plastic-free, gift-ready packaging. Thoughtfully wrapped and ready to hand over — no last-minute repacking.
  • Pan-India delivery. We ship to 24,000+ pincodes via our courier partners, free across India.
  • Locally-sourced clay. Real terracotta from Jalna, glazed lead-free, cadmium-free and food-safe.
Planning around a wedding date or a festive deadline? Reach out early. Personalised, hand-painted runs sit at the higher end of our timeline, and good clay cannot be rushed.

How it works

  1. Share your brief. Tell us the occasion, quantity, any personalisation, and the date you need it by.
  2. We send a quote. You get pricing plus samples or mockups so you can see exactly what you are approving.
  3. Approve & pay advance. Sign off on the design, confirm the numbers, and we secure your slot with an advance.
  4. We handcraft your order. Our artisans throw, trim, paint and finish every piece by hand — usually over 3–4 weeks.
  5. We ship pan-India. Packed plastic-free and gift-ready, then dispatched across India to your door or venue.

Good to know

What is the minimum order for bulk gifting?

Custom projects typically start at around 50 pieces. If your requirement is a little under that, write to us anyway — we would rather have the conversation than turn you away at the door.

Can you add our company logo or brand colours?

Yes. We can hand-paint your logo, a name, a short message or co-branded artwork onto most pieces. Share your artwork with your brief and we will show you a mockup before anything goes into the kiln.

How long will a bulk order take?

Usually 3–4 weeks from the day you approve the design and pay the advance, since every piece is made and painted to order. For weddings and festive gifting, please reach out with plenty of runway.

How is everything packaged?

Plastic-free and gift-ready. Your order arrives thoughtfully wrapped, so there is no scramble to repack before you hand it over.

Do you deliver across India?

We do — to 24,000+ pincodes through our courier partners, with free shipping on every order. Let us know if pieces need to reach a venue on a specific day and we will plan the timeline together.

How do we pay?

Custom orders begin with an advance to reserve your production slot. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay. The full details go into your quote so there are no surprises.
