Returns & Replacements

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at happyearthstudiobyshruti@gmail.com

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Since our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, returns are not accepted unless the product is received damaged or defective.

For damaged/defective products, please share unboxing images/videos within 48 hours of delivery at happyearthstudiobyshruti@gmail.com. After verification, we will process a replacement or refund.

Refunds (if approved) will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
