A few things we're often asked — you may find your answer here first.
Where's my order?
Everything is handcrafted and hand-painted to order, so we dispatch within 4–7 working days (personalised pieces sit at the higher end). After dispatch, delivery takes roughly 2–4 working days via our Shiprocket courier partners. Full details live on our Shipping page.
My piece arrived damaged.
We're so sorry — that's not the welcome we wanted. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or a short video, and after a quick check we'll send a free replacement. See our Replacement Policy for the full process.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering (before they're dispatched) — just drop us an email. Do note we don't offer refunds or change-of-mind returns.
Do you take bulk or gifting orders?
We do, and we love them — weddings, festive hampers, corporate gifting and more. Tell us what you have in mind on our Bulk & Gifting page, or just message us.
