Your piece is being thrown, trimmed and hand-painted just for you. Here's exactly how to follow it from our studio in Jalna to your doorstep.

When does tracking begin?

Everything at Happy Earth Studio is handcrafted to order, so each piece is made fresh after you order. We dispatch in 4–7 working days (personalised pieces sit at the higher end of that window).

The moment your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking link by email and SMS. Your parcel travels via our Shiprocket courier partners, and live tracking usually goes active around 6 hours after the courier picks it up. After that, expect delivery in about 2–4 working days.

A little patience is part of the handmade magic. No two pieces are identical, and yours is being made by hand, not pulled off a shelf.

To track your order

  1. Check your email and SMS. After dispatch, we send a tracking link straight to the email and phone number on your order. Do peek in spam or promotions if you don't spot it.
  2. Or log in to your account. Head to your account and open the Orders page to see your order status in one place.
  3. Click the tracking link for live status. It opens your courier's live updates — picked up, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered.

Good to know

  • Tracking links go live roughly 6 hours after the courier collects your parcel — if it looks quiet right after dispatch, give it a few hours.
  • We ship free across India on every order, to 24,000+ pincodes.
  • Both email and SMS carry the same link, so you're covered even if one gets missed.
  • Your Orders page always shows the latest status, so it's the easiest bookmark to keep.
No movement 24 hours after dispatch? Don't worry — get in touch and we'll chase it down with the courier for you.

Tracking FAQs

I haven't received a tracking link. What now?

Handmade orders dispatch in 4–7 working days, so the link only arrives once your piece leaves our studio. First, check the email and SMS on your order (including spam and promotions). Still nothing 24 hours after dispatch? Write to us at shruti@happyearthstudio.com and we'll resend it.

My tracking link isn't updating.

Live updates usually start around 6 hours after pickup, and status can pause between scans while the parcel is in transit. If there's been no update for more than 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp or email us — we'll get a fresh update from the courier.

Can I track without logging in?

Yes. The tracking link we send by email and SMS works on its own, no login needed. Logging in to your account simply keeps every order and its status together in one tidy place.

How long until it's delivered?

After dispatch (4–7 working days), delivery takes about 2–4 working days via our Shiprocket courier partners, pan-India. Your tracking link shows the live estimate for your pincode.
