Shipping & Delivery

We ship pan-India via Shiprocket and its trusted courier partners.

Dispatch times: Ready-stock items are dispatched in 2-3 business days. Personalised pieces are dispatched in 5-7 business days (each is hand-painted to order).

Delivery time: Typically 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping charges: Free shipping on all orders above Rs.1,499. Below that, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also use the "Track your order" link in our footer.

Handmade means fragile - we pack every piece with care in plastic-free packaging. If anything arrives damaged, email photos to orders@happyearthstudio.com within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
